213, 2012 No. 2930" a bylaw to amend the definition of Child Care Use
and to extend the type of zones to which Child Care will be listed as a Permitted Use. Recommendation: THAT Bylaw No. 2930 be now read a third time. THAT Bylaw No. 2930 be now adopted

"City of Port Moody Tax Exemption Bylaw, 2012," No. 2942, a bylaw to provide for exemption from taxation for 2013. Recommendation: THAT Bylaw No. 2942 be now adopted.
4.5 Report: Development Services, Building, Bylaws and Licencing Division, dated October 16, 2012. "City of Port Moody Street, Traffic and Public Places Amendment Bylaw, 2012", No. 2945 a bylaw to ” to clarify language and definitions, and remove recreational vehicles from S.6.10.1.
Previous outstanding motion and amending motion:
Moved, seconded THAT Bylaw No. 2945 be now read a first time. Moved, seconded THAT Bylaw No. 2945 be amended at first reading by amending S.6.10.1 of the bylaw to change the wording from “park a Commercial Vehicle or Oversized Vehicle on a highway or boulevard for a period in excess of forty eight (48) hours” to “park a Commercial Vehicle or Oversized Vehicle on any highway or boulevard for a period in excess of forty eight (48) hours”. Council direction requested.

Recommendation: THAT no further action be taken at this time regarding resident only
parking within the 1200 Block of Alderside Road.

Report: Development Services, Planning Division, dated October 15, 2012 Recommendation: THAT the proposed strata conversion subdivision at 2628 St. George Street be approved subject to the current owner successfully completing the heritage designations of the Judd Residence, the Alexander Residence and the lands.
6.3 File: 11-5400-20-10 Report: Development Services, Engineering, dated October 11, 2012. Recommendation: THAT Council authorize staff to advance the "Ioco Road Safety Improvements Project - Construction P4" associated with intersection improvements a Campbell Road and Ioco Road from 2014 to 2013. AND THAT the project be referred to the Finance Committee for inclusion in the 2013-2017 Five Year Financial Plan deliberations.
