Recommendations:
THAT RS1 zoning for the neighbourhoods of Glenayre,
Moody Centre, and Pleasantside be amended as
recommended in the report dated January 10, 2017 from
Development Services Department – Planning Division
regarding RS1 Neighbourhood Zoning;

AND THAT staff prepare a Zoning Bylaw Amendment for
Council consideration.
