• Decrease the $125,000 OCM19002 - Council Strategic Plan
Goals in 2023 by $25,000 to $100,000;
• Remove the entire $35,000 CCU19018 Artist in the Park
Parking Stalls project in 2020;
• Remove the entire $60,000 CCU19027 LED Display - Ioco
