THAT the Murray Street Transportation Upgrades and Watermain
Replacement Project (CWT19011) be increased by $520,000 from
the Water Capital Reserve as recommended in the memo dated

Financial Services Division regarding Funding Source for Murray
Street Transportation Upgrades and Watermain Replacement
Project;
AND THAT project CEN19015 – MTP Future Capital Projects

Draft 2019-2023 Financial
Plan – Capital Budget

THAT the Council Strategic Priorities Reserve be rename the “New
Initiatives Reserve”;
AND THAT projects in the New Initiatives Reserve in the 2019 –
2023 Draft Capital Plan be amended as follows:
• Decrease the $125,000 OCM19002 - Council Strategic Plan
Goals in 2023 by $25,000 to $100,000;
• Remove the entire $35,000 CCU19018 Artist in the Park
Parking Stalls project in 2020;
• Remove the entire $60,000 CCU19027 LED Display - Ioco
and Newport in 2021.

THAT Capital Project CFD19002 – Replace FR017 2008 GMC
Sierra Pickup Car #3 be removed from excluded project list and
added back in to the Capital Project List for Fire and Rescue.

THAT the amended capital plan be received and included as part of

February 8, 2019 from the Finance and Technology Department –
Financial Services Division regarding 2019 Draft Financial Plan –

removed from the 2019-2023 Five-Year Capital Plan;
AND THAT the project budget for COP19035 (Mobile Generator
Replacement) be increased by $37,600 to $100,000, funded from
