A Bylaw to amend city of Port Moody Intermunicipal Business
Licence Bylaw, 2012, No. 2947.
Recommendations:
THAT the revenue for intermunicipal business licences
issued in 2016 be allocated between the cities of
Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody in accordance
with the 2013-2015 cost allocation model as recommended
in the report dated March 20, 2017 from Development
Services Department – Building, Bylaw, and Licensing
Division regarding Intermunicipal Business Licence Bylaw
Amendment;
AND THAT City of Port Moody Intermunicipal Business
Licence Bylaw, 2012, No. 2947, Amendment Bylaw No. 2,
2017, No. 3074 be read a first time.

THAT Bylaw No. 3076 be read a second time;
AND THAT Bylaw No. 3076 be referred to a Public Hearing

AND THAT the $30,000 required to complete the
renovations be referred to the Finance Committee to
identify a funding source.

Council direction is requested.
Recommended resolution if request is supported:
THAT a grant of $2,000 be provided to the Volunteer
Cancer Drivers Society in support of the Volunteer
Cancer Drivers program;
AND THAT the $2,000 be referred to the Finance
Committee to identify an appropriate source of funding.
