Recommendation:
THAT the $3,250 budget approved for Environmental
Outreach – Cool It! Climate Leadership Training Workshops
in 2018 be funded from Council Contingency as
recommended in the memo dated March 23, 2018 from
Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services
Division regarding Funding Source for Environmental
Outreach – Cool It! Climate Leadership Training Workshops
in 2018.

Funding Source for Inlet Field Redevelopment – Recommended Field Alignment Plan

Recommendation:
THAT the estimated $240,000 approved for the completion of the detailed design for the overall sports field development be funded from the Inlet Park Field Redevelopment Reserve as recommended in the memo dated March 28, 2018 from Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services Division regarding Funding Source for Inlet Field Redevelopment – Recommended Field Alignment Plan.

Recommendation:
THAT the $30,000 Beaver Management Plan budget be funded from Accumulated Surplus as recommended in the memo dated March 28, 2018 from Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services Division regarding Funding Source for Beaver Management Plan.

4.4 2018 Allocation of Community Grant Funding

Recommendation:
THAT $17,100 in 2018 Community Grant funding be awarded to:
1. POCOMO Meals on Wheels Society – $1,100;

2. Burrard Inlet Marine Enhancement Society – $5,000;

3. Volunteer Cancer Drivers Society – $1,000; and

4. SHARE Family and Community Services – $10,000 per the results of the 2018 Citizen Advisory Group vote and as outlined in the report dated March 19, 2018 from Finance and Technology Department regarding 2018 Allocation of Community Grant Funding.
