THAT the following recommendations from the Finance

THAT the $50,000 set aside in the Council Strategic Priorities
Reserve for an Economic Development Strategic Plan be redirected
towards a Tourism Strategic Plan for 2016.

on such redistributions quarterly.

AND THAT, per section 475 of the Local Government Act, the City
formally notify the following organizations in writing of the review of
land use policies for this area that is under way: the Greater
Vancouver Regional District (Metro Vancouver); School District 43;
TransLink; the municipalities potentially affected by land use
changes for this area, being: the City of Coquitlam and the City of
Burnaby; and, affected First Nations, being: Musqueam Nation,
