Recommendations:
THAT second reading of City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw,
1988, No. 1890, Amendment Bylaw No. 232, 2016, No. 3028 be
rescinded.
THAT City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 1988, No. 1890,
Amendment Bylaw No. 232, 2016, No. 3028 be read a second
time with the following amendments:
* Section 1.1 to read as follows:
“This Bylaw may be cited as “City of Port Moody Zoning
Bylaw, 1988, No. 1890, Amendment Bylaw No. 232, 2016,
No. 3028 (2824-2830 St. George Street) (CD65).””; and
* Section 2.1, bullet point two to read as follows:
“Lot 7, Block 19, District Lot 201, Group 1,
New Westminster District Plan 72, Parcel Identifier 011-
452-188”;
AND THAT City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 1988, No. 1890,
Amendment Bylaw No. 232, 2016, No. 3028 (2824-2830
St. George Street) (CD 65) be referred to a Public Hearing to
be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at City Hall, 100 Newport
Drive, Port Moody.
