THAT the Development Services – Planning Division report dated June 5, 2015 regarding Public Consultation Update and Consideration of the Draft Tree Protection Bylaw and Related Amendments to the Municipal Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw be forwarded to Council for consideration with the following recommendations:
THAT Tree Protection Bylaw No. 2961, 2015, be read a first, second, and third time as recommended in the report dated June 5, 2015 from Development Services – Planning Division;
AND THAT Municipal Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw No. 2011, No. 2896 Amendment Bylaw No. 3, 2015, No. 2962, be read a first, second, and third time as recommended in the report dated June 5, 2015 from Development Services – Planning Division.
