Regular Council meeting prior to postponement of the item for
consideration of revenue sources, breakdown of expenses, and
an overview of event expansion:

THAT $8,540 be granted annually, funded from the
Festival and Special Event Assistance Program, to the
Port Moody Heritage Society for the Ioco Festival event as
recommended in the report dated May 2, 2017 from
Community Services Department – Cultural Services
Division regarding Port Moody Heritage Society Special
Event Assistance Application – Ioco Festival;
AND THAT the City enter into a three-year Event
Assistance Agreement with the Port Moody Heritage
Society.

Sustainability Report Card including inviting feedback from
development applicants and the community and report back
after one year with further refinements as appropriate;
AND THAT staff be directed to set up a web page for the
Report Card to create awareness and provide a resource for
more sustainable development of land and buildings in
Port Moody.
