Site Alteration Bylaw

Recommendation: THAT the report dated June 29, 2015 from Development Services – Planning Division regarding Site Alteration Bylaw be forwarded to Council for consideration with the following recommendation:
THAT staff be directed to bring forward a Site Alteration Bylaw that tracks grade changes and regulates the placement and type of fill, in the case of soil deposit and site clearing operations, for Council’s consideration.
