Legislative Services Division regarding Council Committee
System Policy and Terms of Reference Updates;

AND THAT Corporate Policy 01-0360-2016-01 – Council
Committee System be adopted;

AND THAT the amended Terms of Reference for committees
attached as Attachment 4 to the report dated September 23,
2016 from Corporate Services Department – Legislative
Services Division regarding Council Committee System Policy
and Terms of Reference Updates be adopted.

Liquor Licensing Amendment Application Processes

THAT staff report back on options for streamlining City review
of Liquor Licensing Amendment Applications as
recommended in the report from Mayor Mike Clay dated
October 10, 2016 regarding Liquor Licensing Amendment
Application Processes;

AND THAT staff be directed to advise the Liquor Control and
Licensing Branch that the City of Port Moody wishes to opt
out of the public consultation process regarding St. James's
Well application for change to hours of sales;

AND THAT staff be directed to advise the Liquor Control and
Licensing Branch that the City of Port Moody wishes to opt
out of the public consultation process regarding Yellow Dog
Brewery application for structural alteration.
