5.1 Recommendation:
THAT the following recommendations from the Finance
Committee Meeting of Tuesday, November 1, 2016 be ratified: Seaforth Way – Watermain
Break Restoration
FC16/121 THAT a transfer of $85,000 from the Water Capital Reserve to
complete the restoration of Seaforth Way be authorized as
recommended in the report dated October 19, 2016 from Engineering and Parks Services Department regarding
Seaforth Way – Watermain Break Restoration.
2017 Budget Public Consultation
FC16/124 THAT staff be directed to hold a public consultation on the
2017-2021 Five Year Financial Plan at a Committee of the Whole
meeting on January 31, 2017.
