Temporary Shelter to extend the maximum period of operation in any
one winter season.
Recommendations:
THAT Bylaw No. 2972 be now read a first time.
THAT Bylaw No. 2972 be now read a second time.

No. 219, 2013, No. 2970, being a bylaw to clarify Lot Width
calculation and to remove the definition of Lot Depth.

City of Port Moody Heritage Revitalization Tax Exemption Bylaw,
2011, No. 2913, Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 2013, No. 2965, being a
bylaw intended to address situations where, due to declining housing
market conditions, the eligible tax exemption could be equal to zero if
a property received a reduced assessed value of improvements
following project completion.
Recommendations:
THAT Bylaw No. 2965 be now read a first time.
THAT Bylaw No. 2965 be now read a second time.
THAT Bylaw No. 2965 be now read a third time;
AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with the general
requirements for public notice as set out in Sections 226(6)(a)
and 227 of the Community Charter.

Bylaw No. 2677, Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 2013, No. 2969” be
now adopted.
THAT the Beekeeping Guidelines as outlined in Attachment A to
the report from Development Services – Building, Bylaw and
Licensing Division dated November 13, 2013 be adopted.

WHEREAS the Evergreen Project Team has formed a committee
with an ad hoc group of Klahanie residents for the purpose of
redesigning the overpass area of the evergreen line;
And WHEREAS it is City Council’s responsibility to represent all
residents, including all those within and outside the confines of
the Klahanie community;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that a request be sent to the
Evergreen Project team requesting City Council representation
on that committee.

2013 with respect to greater clarity in the provision of rental fee
waivers to non-profit community groups and organizations be
approved;
AND THAT staff update the recreation fee waiver section of the fees
bylaw with the new wording provided in the report.
